Learn and Earn Program Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between GoLearnerz and you, as an Affiliate ("Affiliate"). By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility:

• Must have enrolled in at least one course offered by GoLearnerz.
• Must activate their affiliate code by sending a request to affiliate@golearnerz.com. Check this to know how to join in GoLearnerz learn and earn program.

2. Commission Structure:

• Affiliates will receive a commission of ₹40 for every successful referral.

3. Payment Threshold:

• The minimum threshold for affiliate commission payments is ₹100.
• Affiliates with earnings below ₹100 will not receive any payment.
• Once the minimum threshold is reached, affiliates can request a transfer of their commission to their bank account by emailing affiliate@golearnerz.com.

4. Cookie Duration:

• Our affiliate cookies are set to a duration of 15 days.
• The most recent affiliate code used will replace any previously entered codes.

5. Prohibited Activities:

• Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
• Affiliates must not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation of GoLearnerz.

6. Termination of Agreement:

• GoLearnerz reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, with or without cause.
• Affiliates found violating the terms and conditions of the program will have their affiliate status revoked.

7. Modification of Terms:

• GoLearnerz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions via email.

8. Agreement Acceptance:

By joining the GoLearnerz affiliate program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
